Refund policy

Your right to return

You can return unused items in their original, undamaged packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. You do not need to give a reason.

Items we cannot take back

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept bars that have been used. We also cannot accept returns of gift cards or of items bought in a final sale.

How to return an item

To start a return, write to us at info@tryalepo.com or use the contact form at tryalepo.com/pages/contact. Tell us your order number and which items you are returning, and we will send you the return address.

Refunds

We refund the full amount you paid, including the original delivery charge, within 5 working days of receiving the returned items. We may wait to refund you until we receive the items or until you send us proof that you have posted them, whichever comes first. The refund goes back to your original payment method.

Damaged or faulty items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at info@tryalepo.com. We will replace it or refund you in line with the law.
