Cancellation policy

Some items in our shop may be offered as a subscription. This policy explains how you can change or cancel a subscription.

Subscriptions

When you buy a subscription, your items are delivered repeatedly, at the frequency you choose. Your payment details are stored securely, and each delivery is charged when it is sent, unless you chose to pay in advance.

Subscriptions renew automatically. If you do not want your subscription to continue, you can cancel it.

Changing or cancelling

You can change or cancel your subscription at any time. Use the Manage subscription link in your account or in your order confirmation email.
